Slasherteck is an Australian company that set out to disrupt the fragmented industry of roadside maintenance. Based in regional NSW, the company has designed patented and patent pending, purpose-built machinery for roadside maintenance and traffic management.

Jason Parker

Chair - Non Executive Director

Jason is a forward-thinking professional director and a qualified lawyer and public accountant. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a Fellow member of the National Institute of Accountants (FPNA) and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM).

He has experience in both For-Profit and Not-For-Profit sectors with particular expertise in professional services and health (mental health) as well as in sport.

Jason has demonstrated high-level financial management, corporate governance and risk management skills. He is also a creative thinker and strategist with an instinct for marketing and championing growth.

Jason has hands-on experience in acquisitions and capital-raising. He has lead businesses through rapid growth and has chaired several sub-committees.

Dr Caroline Hong

Vice Chair - Non Executive Director

Dr Caroline Hong is an Asian Australian Business Woman with a unique and diverse background over 30 years in Business, Healthcare, Government & Associations. Caroline has a deep understanding of Australia in the Asian Century. and has held  many senior appointments including Ambassador, CEO, Chairman, Advisory Board and company director roles, in the private, government, charity and not-for-profit sectors. Caroline‘s experience extends across business, dentistry, healthcare, government, community, business events and not-for profit sectors.

Caroline holds three tertiary qualifications from the University of Adelaide, University of South Australia and the University of New South Wales. She is also an experienced company director and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.Caroline is the CEO of CH Asia Australia Pty Ltd, and the President of China HR Pty Ltd (Australia) and Asia HR (Australia).  

Andrew Stoner

Non Executive Director

The Honourable Andrew Stoner B.Bus., MBA. is Managing Director and CEO of his own consulting company, Andrew Stoner & Associates Pty Ltd.He served as Deputy Premier of New South Wales and was NSW’s first Minister for Trade and Investment, leading international engagement for Australia’s largest and most prosperous State. He led numerous trade missions, particularly to China, Japan, Korea, South East Asia, the United States, and the Middle East, and established new NSW Trade & Investment offices in priority markets. His efforts resulted in economic gains through enhanced two-way trade and strong growth in investment.

He was also one of Australia’s longest-serving political leaders - leading the regionally based National Party for almost 12 years. His knowledge of the economic, social and regulatory environment, and his networks both in business and government are second to none. His connections include specialist associates, whose detailed knowledge, qualifications and experience add important dimensions to the valuable advice offered.

Nathan Boyle

Founding CEO - Non Executive Director

Nathan is the inventor of the SlasherTeck Vegetation Management technology and founder of the company.

His passion for machinery design and its implementation is one his key motivations for establishing the company

Nathan has a Certificate in Tourism, Certificate in Business Services, a Recreational Pilot’s License and a HR truck license. Nathan is an experienced road works supervisor and has experience in asphalt, cold mix, roller, crack seal, spray seal, emulsion, tractor equipment, road pavement and road maintenance.

In his role as road works supervisor he has managed teams consisting of 5 – 20 members and has always focused on efficiency across the board, whilst maintaining a high morale.

Brad STebbing

Non Executive Director

Brad Stebbing is an award winning designer based in Sydney. His design practice spans across Brand Design, Industrial Design and Web Design with a strong focus on working with start-ups and small businesses bringing new products to market (New Product Development).

Brad has held board positions in companies across the FMCG, agriculture and tourism markets respectively and is actively involved in lecturing at Sydney University and the University of Technology Sydney.

Some of the roles that he has taken on with Slasherteck range from prototyping, industrial design, sourcing manufacture, production management, logistics, visual communications design, branding, website design and implementation commercialisation and strategic planning.

Mitch Boyle

Non Executive Director

Mitchell Boyle is a road work technician experienced in a range of road and road maintenance positions including working with steel and multi tyre rollers, bobcats, coring drills, gang trucks, emulsion jets for tack coating and stone spreading for spray seal.

He has worked on call with a number of contractor companies throughout NSW undertaking road building and maintenance and has also worked in similar fields for local Councils. Mitchell gained his pilot’s license in 2007 and at 16 was the youngest pilot to solo circumnavigate Australia. He still holds this record.
